01 Commercial Law & Transactions
As your transaction attorneys we support you in M&A (corporate acquisitions), MBO/LBO constellations and venture capital transactions. We have extensive experience advising management teams in MBO/LBO situations and have acted as M&A counsel particularly in the healthcare, real estate and retail sectors, combining transactional experience with industry-specific knowledge.
We do not advise on public takeover law.
02 Construction & Real Estate Law
We provide comprehensive support on all real estate and construction law matters, from project development through acquisition and construction to the sale of properties, including lease agreements, architect contracts and facility management / asset management agreements. We also represent clients in complex construction and architect disputes before the courts.
03 Corporate Law
Our corporate law focus is on GmbH, AG and partnership law, including group law, transformation law and co-determination issues. We also advise managing directors and board members, particularly on employment contract matters and in crisis situations.
We do not advise on capital markets law or investor protection.
04 Healthcare / Biotech
Our focus includes the German Medical Devices Act (MPG) and related issues such as supply & sales, distribution and licence agreements, as well as the regulatory environment (including competition law), and statutory health insurance matters. We also advise on pharma/GCP and the broader regulatory environment including organisational requirements for healthcare entities.
We do not advise physicians on billing or liability matters, or patients on medical negligence claims.
05 IT
We have extensive experience with the implementation of complex IT systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage) and are happy to assist you with such projects.
We do not advise on standard/off-the-shelf software.
06 Retail
Supply, logistics, shop-in-shop, WKZ and merchandise management systems are not foreign concepts to us – we are pleased to support you in the retail sector.

08 Externalised Legal Department
We act as your externalised legal department, advising you on all your corporate legal matters (contract law, employment law, corporate law).
